What services does AMENOS offer?
AMENOS delivers complete, full-scale turnkey renovation: structural work, all trades under one roof (masonry, electrical work, plumbing, joinery, painting & decorating), property division, 2D/3D design, interior design and finishes. A single point of contact coordinates the entire build.
Which areas do you work in?
AMENOS works in Lille and right across the Lille metropolitan area (Métropole Européenne de Lille): Ronchin, Villeneuve-d'Ascq, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Marcq-en-Barœul, La Madeleine, Lambersart, Loos and the surrounding towns.
Do you work with property investors?
Yes. AMENOS grew out of where site management meets property investment. We guide investors from start to finish (feasibility, adding value, property division, the build) through to letting, bringing an investor's eye to every decision.
What insurance covers your projects?
AMENOS is a SAS (French simplified joint-stock company) based in Ronchin, covered by a ten-year structural warranty (décennale) and professional liability insurance. Your works are guaranteed, from the foundations to the finishes.
How does a renovation project work?
In five seamless stages: feasibility (survey and project estimate), planning permission & permits, design (2D/3D drawings and costing), the build (coordinating all trades, tracking schedule and budget), then handover (acceptance and snagging).
