The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and does not store this data on any server of its own. The form sends your enquiry by email through the third-party service Web3Forms, a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, which forwards the message without keeping it permanently. Recipients of the data

The form data is intended solely for AMENOS and passes through Web3Forms, the third-party service that handles sending the form. No data is passed on or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that may follow, up to a maximum of three (3) years from our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, along with the right to restriction and portability.
