The build

- Close budget tracking and regular progress reviews with you.
- Quality checks at every key stage before moving on to the next.
Handover
- Sign-off of the works and clearing of any snagging, room by room.
- A finished property handed over, true to what was approved.
- A complete file handed over: documents, warranties and insurance.
